Description
Metro’s communications department is requesting proposals for 1) strategic communications services and 2) marketing and brand services. Proposals will be due as indicated on the RFP cover page
Pre-Proposal Conference A voluntary, virtual pre-proposal conference will be held in May 3, 2024 at 9:30 am (PST). Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference via Zoom to gain information about the RFP requirements.

Proposal Writing Coaching For this RFP, Metro offers free coaching for interested COBID firms. The coaching will be done by a contractor of Metro’s choice. The coaching will be a 30-to-60-minute session about writing a proposal in general. Any interested firms must communicate that interest by 2:00 pm on May 7, 2024 to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov. Metro staff will be in touch to connect you with the contractor for scheduling.
