Pre-Bid Conference
A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on April 25, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Metro Regional Center (MRC), 600 NE Grand Ave. Portland, OR 97232.
Please meet at the entrance to MRC off of Grand Ave.
