ENGINEERS ESTIMATE The Engineer’s Estimated Range for this project is $4.75M to $5.75M SUBMITTING BIDS All bids must be submitted through this sourcing event. Paper bids are not accepted for this project. PREQUALIFICATION TheAgency will only consider a Bid from a Bidder who is prequalified by ODOT in the Class or Classes of Work specified in the Special Provisions as of the date bids are opened. For those Bidders who are not prequalified with ODOT or not prequalified in the applicable Class or Classes of Work specified in the Special Provisions, in order for the Bidder’s Bid to be considered, the Bidder must submit a Prequalification Application or an Amendment to ODOT at least 10 days before Bid Opening. The bidder should also submit a copy of the Application or Amendment submitted to ODOT, to the Multnomah County Purchasing Office with the bid.
