PREQUALIFICATION All persons desiring to bid for contracts requiring prequalification shall submit a completed prequalification application to the Multnomah County Purchasing office via email to prequal@multco.us . Such statements MUST be received at least 10 days prior to the date that bids are due. Bidders are required to pre-qualify in the required class of work for at least the amount of the project estimate. Failure to do so shall result in rejection of bid. PREVAILING WAGE Do apply to this Contract.  The wage rates to be paid are set forth in Prevailing Wage Rates on Public Works Contracts in Oregon, which is incorporated by reference. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATED RANGE The Engineer's project estimate is between $1,300,000 - $1,500,000. BID BOND A Bid Bond will be required for this solicitation.  PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS  Performance and payment bonds will be required for this contract.
