Carroll Community College is requesting qualified Offerors to submit proposals to provide strategic direction and implementation of college-wide paid media research, planning, and buying; management of all digital platforms; reporting of campaign analytics; and oversight of any subcontracts used for execution of marketing and digital campaigns.
