Description
The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to allow Carroll Community College to contract with a qualified, benefits administrator that can match or exceed current benefit administration services and is priced competitively compared to their peers. In addition, the College is looking for this vendor to provide high levels of customer and member service, meet reporting and billing expectations, and meet other requirements in accordance with the specifications and all Terms and Conditions contained herein according to the best practices of the profession.
