Description
The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to allow Carroll Community College to contract with a qualified vendor to be the sole and exclusive provider for cold refreshment beverages sold, served, vended, or otherwise made available on Carroll Community College grounds, inside of Carroll buildings, at the Carroll Community College Café, and under the auspices of Carroll Community College in accordance with the specifications and all Terms and Conditions contained herein according to the best practices of the profession.
