Description
The purpose of this RFQ is to purchase transitional housing services to support Clackamas County Health Centers Division’s Treatment Court Program clients.
Transitional housing for adults with Mental Health (MH) and Substance Use Disorders (SUD) serving clients in Clackamas County Health Centers Division’s (CCHCD) Treatment Court Programs, including Mental Health Court, Adult Drug Court, and DUII Court. The housing shall be located in Clackamas County and be provided in a self-governing home setting with specific rules and regulations following the SAMHSA Best Practices for alcohol and drug-free housing.
