Description
The purpose of this RFQ is to purchase expert services from a contractor that will conduct meetings, interviews, and research to produce a Clackamas County Mass Care Plan. The plan will identify and describe the roles, responsibilities and expectations of county departments and partner organizations, for coordination of a mass care response in Clackamas County. This includes congregate and non-congregate sheltering, feeding, and distribution of emergency supplies.
