Description
The Housing Authority of Clackamas County is a Public Housing Authority with investment in approximately 561 units of affordable housing. The Housing Authority of Clackamas County hereby request Proposals from experienced property management companies to provide third-party property management services for a new, 4% tax credit portfolio development, consisting of up to 220 multi-family units. The property management company selected for this Partnership shall provide services as detailed below.
