Description
Clean Water Services (District) wishes to purchase sodium bisulfite solution in bulk quantities under a twelve-month contract that will begin July 1, 2021. Interested vendors must submit bids.
All bids must be submitted to Heidi Blasingame, Procurement Coordinator, by Wednesday, May 12, 2021 10:00 a.m., local time via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/1846_Itb___Purchase_Of_Sodium_Bisulfite_Solution. Facsimile or emailed bids will not be accepted. Before Bidders can submit their bids, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. There is no cost to register. Late bids will not be considered for award.
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by telephone conference at 11:00 a.m. local time on May 12, 2021. Bidders can attend the opening by calling the telephone conference number (503) 681-4498.
Copies of the Invitation to Bid (ITB) can be downloaded from the District's website at http://bids.cleanwaterservices.org (Website) under the name of the procurement. You will need to submit a valid email address to receive instructions on downloading a copy of the ITB. Your email address will be saved in the District’s Bid Holders List and your email will be used to send you automatic notifications when District posts a new document or changes information related to this ITB. Bidders are responsible for obtaining any Addenda by using the link provided in the automatic email or from District’s Website. Bidders need not be licensed under ORS 468A.710 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement).
District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any bid upon a finding by District that it is in the public interest to do so.
