Description

Clean Water Services (District) wishes to enter into a contract for Biosolids Land Application Services. Interested contractors must submit proposals.

Pre-Proposal Conference

A pre-proposal conference will be held at District's Rock Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 3235 S.E. River Road, Hillsboro, Oregon 97123 on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.  Attendance is encouraged for firms planning to submit a proposal.  The objective of the pre-proposal conference is to provide an informal meeting to discuss the contents of the RFP in detail and clarify any questions potential proposers may have.  In addition, this conference will give proposers an opportunity to meet key District staff.
