A pre-proposal conference will be held on Microsoft Teams, on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Attendance is voluntary for consultants planning to submit a proposal. The objective of the pre-proposal conference is to provide an informal meeting to discuss the contents of the RFP in detail and clarify any questions potential proposers may have.
