Description
The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to select one general contractor for construction of improvements at the Gray Courthouse building located at 1164 NW Bond Street in Bend, Oregon. Project scope generally includes site improvements, building envelope repairs, roofing replacement, seismic upgrades, and interior remodel. A pre-bid meeting will be held on March 11, 2026 at 9 a.m. at 1164 NW Bond Street, Bend, OR 97703. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is MANDATORY for all bidders.
Special Instructions
There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting for all bidders on March 11, 2026 at 9AM. The meeting will be located at 1164 NW Bond St. Bend, OR 97703.
The pre-bid meeting will begin at the Gray Courthouse parking lot at the above address, located on the east side of the building and accessed from NW Harriman St.
No public parking is available in the Gray Courthouse parking lot. Nearby public parking is available on Bond Street, Harriman Street, or in the County’s lot on the corner of Lafayette Ave. and Wall St.
