Description
The City of Hillsboro (“City”) seeks highly qualified firms to provide utility bill printing and mailing services. The City serves approximately 28,000 customer accounts consisting of bills for: water, sanitary sewer, surface water management, transportation utility fee, and local service fee services. A portion of sanitary sewer and surface water management service charges are billed on behalf of Clean Water Services. Utility Billing is a division of the Finance Department. Utility bills are generated by the MUNIS Enterprise Resource Planning System from Tyler Technologies.
