November 13, 2020 CITY OF HILLSBORONOTICE OF PERMISSIVE COOPERATIVE PROCUREMENT2021 FREIGHTLINER MULTIBODY SWAPLOADER VEHICLES In accordance with Oregon Revised Statute ORS 279A.215 (2), notice is hereby given that the City of Hillsboro, as an ORCPP Participant, intends to award an agreement to JMR Group LLC dba McCoy Freightliner for the purchase of three 2021 Freightliner Multibody Swaploader Vehicles for a total amount of approximately $620,000. The City intends to use The State of Oregon/ORCPP permissive cooperative price agreement, number 5560 awarded in accordance with the provisions of ORS 279A.215. Comments regarding this intended procurement may be submitted to: Michael Lucas, Sr. Buyer via email at michael.lucas@hillsboro-oregon.gov.
