ADVERTISEMENT CITY OF HILLSBORO Public Works – Engineering Division Invitation to Bid (ITB) – Public Improvement 2021 Pavement Management Program Schedule “A”: Overlays, Schedule “B”: Slurry Seal ITB No. 202102-10003   Bids due and Bid Closing Date and Time: March 10, 2021 at 2:00 PM PST First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure due: Not later than March 10, 2021 at 4:00 PM PST The City of Hillsboro seeks competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced firms able to provide the following work required to install:   Schedule “A” – Overlays: Furnish all labor, equipment, and material required to complete the preparation and placement of approximately 38,120 tons of asphalt concrete, including excavation, roadway grading, pavement repair, grinding, sidewalk ramp replacement, striping, and associated work. (Up to $2,750,000 may be spent prior to July 1, the remaining amount of the contract will be spent after July 1.) Schedule “B” – Slurry Seal: Furnish all labor, equipment, and material required to complete the preparation and placement of approximately 371,462 square yards of asphalt emulsion slurry seal, including striping and associated work. Joint Cooperative Procurement with City of Gladstone, City of Milwaukie, City of Oregon City, and City of Sherwood.
