Description
The City of Hillsboro (“City”) seeks proposals from qualified individuals or firms (“Proposers”) to facilitate the development of a five year Water Department Strategic Plan between March 2020 and August 2020. The City is also the managing agency for the Joint Water Commission (JWC) which operates a water treatment plant on behalf of the JWC partners, City of Hillsboro, City of Forest Grove, City of Beaverton, and the Tualatin Valley Water District. Additionally, the City acts as the managing agency for the Barney Reservoir Joint Ownership Commission (BRJOC) on behalf of the BRJOC partners, city of Hillsboro, City of Forest Grove, City of Beaverton, the Tualatin Valley Water District, and Clean Water Services.Attachments
