CITY OF HILLSBORONOTICE OF PERMISSIVE COOPERATIVE PROCUREMENT2022 FORD POLICE INTERCEPTOR UTILITY VEHICLES  In accordance with Oregon Revised Statute ORS 279A.215 (2), notice is hereby given that the City of Hillsboro, as an ORCPP member, intends to award an agreement to Landmark Ford for the purchase of seven 2022 Ford Police Interceptor Utility vehicles for a total amount of approximately $450,000.  The City intends to use The State of Oregon/ORCPP solicitation #DASPS-2295-20 and permissive cooperative price agreement #1660 as an authorized purchaser to make this purchase.  This price agreement was awarded in accordance with the provisions of ORS 279A.215.Comments regarding this intended procurement may be submitted to: Michael Lucas, Sr. Buyer via email at michael.lucas@hillsboro-oregon.gov.  Comments must be received by September 14, 2021, no later than 5:00 PM PST.
