JWC Treatment Plant and City of Hillsboro Water System201908-10042Closing Date: 09/23/2019 02:00:00 PM PTDetail: Request for ProposalsRFP # 201908-10042SCADA Master Plan for the JWC WTP and Hillsboro Water SystemThe City of Hillsboro (“City”) on behalf of the Joint Water Commission (JWC) and the City seeks qualified organizations able to provide proposals for engineering services related to preparation of a SCADA Master Plan. The SCADA Master Plan shall encompass the JWC Water Treatment Plant and transmission system and the Hillsboro Water System.Proposals are due no later than 2:00 PM, PST on September 12, 2019. Submit a proposal by uploading it electronically through the City’s ebidding site specified below. Do not submit proposals in hardcopy. Hardcopy proposals shall not be accepted for this RFP process. If you have questions about submitting, contact BiddingoUSA at (323) 206-4114 or email Purchasing at purchasing@hillsboro-oregon.gov.Proposals will be received by: Sophia Hobet. Late proposals shall not be accepted. This RFP is available electronically at the following webpage: https://biddingo.com/hillsboro on the City of Hillsboro website. Vendors must register to download documents. Vendors need not subscribe to Biddingo to obtain RFP documents. City bid documents are available at no cost. RFP will be posted from August 26, 2019 until, at minimum, the date and time Proposals are due. The RFP and contract terms and conditions may be reviewed at Hillsboro Water Department, 150 E. Main St., 3rd Floor, Hillsboro, OR 97123-4028. Proposal opening will occur shortly after the date and time proposals are due and the RFP has closed.
