Description

The City of Hillsboro (“City”) seeks qualified firms able to provide civil, transportation, structural, geotechnical, electrical, instrumental and/or environmental engineering services.  The City intends to establish a qualified pool of Consultants able to provide services as needed for both large and small projects City-wide. Proposals are due no later than 2:00 PM, PST on 11/20/2019. Submit a proposal by uploading it electronically through the City’s ebidding site provided below.   Do not submit proposals in hardcopy.  Hardcopy proposals shall not be accepted for this RFP process. Consultant firms previously qualified under RFP 2017-04-ENGPW in 2017 may continue to remain qualified as long as services provided have not changed and firm submits an Affirmation form provided in in the RFP documents. Intergovernmental use: At the discretion of the Contractor and pursuant to ORS 279A and City procurement rules, other public agencies shall have the ability to purchase the awarded goods and services from the awarded Contractor(s), under terms and conditions of the resultant contract.
