ADVERTISEMENT CITY OF HILLSBORO Public Works Department Invitation to Bid (ITB) – Public Improvement REISSUE - FOREST STREET & FREEMAN AVENUE INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS No. 202003-10013 Bids due and Bid Closing Date and Time: March 24, 2020 2:00 PM First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure due: Not later than March 24, 2020 4:00 PM   The City of Hillsboro seeks sealed bids from qualified firms able to provide construction services including but not limited to: roadways, drainage, asphalt, concrete, and utility relocation. The project will regrade approximately 200 square yards of roadway at the intersection of NW Forest Street and NW Freeman Avenue, including the addition/replacement of approximately 315 linear feet of storm pipe and installation of 3 manholes and 3 catch basins. There is no pre-qualification process for this ITB. Sealed bids will be received by Brad Albert, Street Engineering Section Manager at: Public Works Department, 4415 SE 30th Ave, 2nd Floor, Hillsboro, OR 97124.
