March 19, 2020   CITY OF HILLSBORO NOTICE OF INTERSTATE COOPERATIVE PROCUREMENT JANITORIAL SUPPLIES   In accordance with Oregon Revised Statutes ORS 279A.220 and COH-46-0450, notice is hereby given that the City of Hillsboro intends to award a contract to Walter E. Nelson Co. through Strategic Market Alliance for the purchase of Janitorial Supplies for an amount of approximately $600,000.  The City intends to use the interstate cooperative contract # 19-01PV-04 of Paradise Valley Unified School District of Phoenix Arizona, through 1 Government Procurement Alliance for this purchase.  Comments regarding this intended procurement may be submitted to: Elaine Baker, Purchasing Manager.  Comments may be submitted by email to:  elaine.baker@hillsboro-oregon.gov or by phone: (503) 681-6134.  Comments must be received by March 26, 2020 no later than 5 PM.
