Description

The City of Hillsboro (“City”) seeks an Avaya certified partner to provide system alarm monitoring, support and installation services for its Avaya telephone system and XMedius, formally AVST, voicemail system. As part of the RFP the selected vendor will also process the City’s SU/SA software contract with Avaya.The City of Hillsboro seeks an Avaya certified partner to provide system alarm monitoring, support and installation services for its Avaya telephone system. The selected vendor must also be a certified support partner with XMedius for voicemail system integration and support. The City is a full service operation that provides services to our citizens 24/7 thus, the selected vendor must provide 24/7 alarm monitoring and 1 hour response times for priority 1 tickets and 2 hour response times for priority 2 tickets. In addition to providing the services above, the selected vendor must also provide advanced hardware and warranty replacement for system hardware and modules. Warranty and hardware replacement is not needed for existing handsets, but shall be provided with the purchase of new handsets from the vendor.
