Description
The Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) issues this Request for Proposals to solicit proposals from qualified, experienced, financially sound, and responsible firms to provide proposals for an Economic Impact Study, to help KCTCS facilitate data into measurable units for performance including, but not limited to the economic and social impact of KCTCS on students and on the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The data should blend quantitative data and qualitative analysis.
