The Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) is seeking proposals for a flexible solution that supports college teams in reducing the workload associated with identifying and mitigating fraudulent admissions and financial aid applications. The proposed solution must provide a secure verification portal for applicants to present their identification that will be reviewed by a machine-learning model.
