Description
Lane County Adult Corrections (LCAC) is requesting proposals from vendors interested and willing to provide food and/or laundry services for the Adults in Custody in the Lane County Jail. This proposal also includes preparing food for authorized staff to purchase. Proposals may be for all or part of the services requested above.

Pre-Proposal Conference
***AN ADDITIONAL PRE-OFFER CONFERENCE HAS BEEN ADDED FOR 12/13 AT 1:30 PM- PROPOSERS MUST ATTEND ONE OF THE MEETINGS*** A MANDATORY Pre-Offer Conference will be held on December 12, 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Lane County Jail. Only Offerors in attendance will be permitted to submit an offer for this project. Subcontractors and suppliers are not required to attend the conference but are advised to do so if a site visit is necessary to submit a quote. Statements made by County staff or representatives are not binding upon the County unless confirmed by written addendum.
Security clearance is required prior to attendance at the Pre-Offer Conference. A clearance form, Attachment D, is included in this document with instructions for submission. Forms must be received by 5:00 PM local time on December 3, 2024.

About Lane County Procurement
