Description
In general, the Scope of Work includes providing a complete HVAC system including supply, return, exhaust, and ventilation ductwork, mechanical equipment, supports, hangers, diffusers, grilles, registers and all appurtenances
Pre-Qualification Instructions
Only Prime Bidders and Subcontractors that have been prequalified for this project by Lane County may submit Bids. To be considered for prequalification, prime bidders and first-tier subcontractors must complete a prequalification application that includes commitments regarding rates of pay, apprenticeship participation, and full-family health insurance for workers employed on the project. Prequalification applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis but must be received not less than two weeks prior to due date of bids of a specific project. Prequalification application and affidavit can be found at the Lane County CBB program website.

Pre-Bid Site Visit Information
A MANDATORY Pre-Offer Conference will be held on April 22, 2025, 9:00am, at the Wheeler Pavilion at the Lane Events Center: 796 W. 13th Ave. Eugene, Oregon 97402. Only Offerors in attendance will be permitted to submit an offer for this project. Subcontractors and suppliers are not required to attend the conference but are advised to do so if a site visit is necessary to submit a quote.
