Description

Lane County is seeking offers from qualified contractors to provide construction services at Armitage Park to install two new shelters at the dog park, complete reconstruction of the existing entrance parking lot, create a new entrance pull-off, install sidewalks, stormwater facilities, fencing, gates, and site furnishings as well as a new pay station and lights within the entrance of the park.



Pre-Qualification Instructions

This solicitation is for a Lane County Community Benefit Bidding project, therefore prime bidders and First Tier Subcontractors that provide select trades must be prequalified prior to submitting a bid. Prequalification applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis but must be received no less than ten (10) days prior to the bid Closing Date to be considered a responsive bidder. Prequalification applications as well as a list of prequalified contractors can be found on the Lane County Procurement & Purchasing webpage at: www.lanecounty.org/bids.

Pre-Bid Site Visit Information

A MANDATORY Pre-Offer Conference will be held on Thursday October 23, 2025, at 3:00pm at Armitage Park: 90064 Coburg Rd, Eugene, OR 97408. Meeting will take place near the dog park at Armitage Park. Only Offerors in attendance will be permitted to submit an offer for this project. Subcontractors and suppliers are not required to attend the conference but are advised to do so if a site visit is necessary to submit a quote.
