Description

Lane Events Center/Lane County Fair Board is looking for a Marketing Agency to provide a creative and innovative plan for reaching, attracting, and maintaining a Lane County Fair audience of:
•New and emerging young adult groups, ages 18-to-24.
•Family friendly groups, ages 25-44.
•Independent adult groups, ages 45-to-59.
•Venerated adult groups, ages 60+.
Services will be needed for a period from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2029. This solicitation will cover the 2026, 2027, 2028, and 2029 Lane County Fairs.

About Lane County

Lane County is one of the largest counties in Oregon, stretching from the peaks of the Cascade Mountain range to the beaches on the Oregon coast.  As of the 2020 census the population was over 380,000, making it the fourth-most populous county in Oregon.  Most County facilities are located within the Eugene-Springfield Metro area.

About Lane County Procurement

Lane County is comprised of twelve departments that each process contracts and make purchases per Contract Policies approved by the Lane County Board of Commissioners.  These policies can be found in the Lane Manual Chapter 20.  Oversight is provided by the Procurement Office and County Counsel.
