Please RSVP for this walkthrough using the Q&A tool of this souring event. Include in your RSVP the number of people who will be attending. Attendees will observe all social distancing, maximum number permitted and mask requirements.  Photos will be allowed of the work area only. PREQUALIFICATION All persons desiring to bid for contracts requiring prequalification shall submit a completed prequalification application to the Multnomah County Purchasing office via email to prequal@multco.us . Such statements shall be received at least 10 days prior to the date that bids are due. Bidders are required to pre-qualify in the required class of work for at least the amount of the bid. Failure to do so shall result in rejection of bid.
