Addendum 1: Addendum 1 is attached in the Buyer Attachments and includes a diagram of the metal brackets and acrylic legs that will be needed for various County Projects.  ****************************************************************** NO PRE-BID CONFERENCE SPECIFICATIONS AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS The County is looking for a vendor/contractor that can supply acrylic modification and fabrication services utilizing a CNC machine or equivalent, to deliver precision cuts for a variety of workspace design and the components (metal brackets and plastic legs) to support installation at workspace surfaces and panels. Support components consist of straight brackets that attach to the top of the panels to secure acrylic and 90 degree angle brackets for attachment to the work surface. Vendors must have the capacity to expedite (7 to 10 business days) and support large orders of acrylic, cutting and the support components. The County considers the Sample project below a "large" order. SAMPLE PROJECT Proposer shall provide a price for the sample project. Provision of precision CNC machine or equal cut acrylic in a variety of shapes and size: Forward facing (60 - 48”x 24”) acrylic sneeze guard/barriers; with a 4” round hole centered on the panel with a 12” x 3” paper pass slot and (240) acrylic stands Provide 90o degree support brackets to clamp onto the top of a cubicle wall to secure (75) acrylic panels in place. Provide 90o degree support brackets to clamp onto the desk work surface to secure acrylic panels (25) in place. Do not include installation in price. Installation is not required or included. The County may or may not request delivery. Estimated Delivery costs will be entered as a separate price item. Determine the estimated price for your company to completely perform this project. Enter the estimated price in the "Items" Tab - Service Line Item S1.1 Section. Enter Delivery Costs in the "Items" Tab - Service Line Item S1.2 Section. RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE Contractor shall reuse, salvage or recycle as much waste materials as economically feasible. Minimize waste disposal in landfills. Contractor shall make a reasonable effort to include diverse suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors in the conduct of your business and supply chain.
