Acknowledgement of Addendum 1/ Amendment 1 prerequisite has been added to the prerequisites page. ________________________________________________________ MANDATORYPRE-BID CONFERENCE A MANDATORY Pre-Bid conference is scheduled for Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at 12:00 PM. Meeting will be at the Multnomah Building, Conference Room 126, 1st Floor. Multnomah Building is located at 501 SE Hawthorne Blvd., Portland, OR 97214.  Attendance is mandatory for bid eligibility. Participants will be required to sign an attendance roster to document participation in the conference.  PREQUALIFICATION All persons desiring to bid for contracts requiring prequalification shall submit a completed prequalification application to the Multnomah County Purchasing office via email to prequal@multco.us . Such statements shall be received at least 10 days prior to the date that bids are due. Bidders are required to pre-qualify in the required class of work for at least the amount of the bid. Failure to do so shall result in rejection of bid. Copies are available from any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the Bureau of Labor and Industries. Copies are also available on the bureau's webpage at www.oregon.gov/boli.  Current Prevailing wage rate: Effective July1, 2019 plus amendment effective October 1, 2019.
