Description

Metro is requesting proposals for Incident Management Solution for the Finance and Regulatory Services Department.  

Metro’s structure includes safety, security, medical, workers’ compensation, and risk management areas of responsibilities across several departments and facilities.  The current process includes manual paper or pdf entry of incidents which includes interviews and routing of these documents by email to various staff and ending up in varied locations for file storage. Also, medical monitoring information and worker compensation data is entered into PeopleSoft Human Resources (HR).

Currently Metro’s Project Team has identified these goals for this project:

·         Standardization of process and procedure

·         Modernization of entry and information capturing

·         Notification and workflow

·         Analysis and action monitoring

·         Visual displays

·         Reporting
