Description
Metro is seeking proposals from qualified firms to for Residential Property Management Services. The property manager shall assume day to day responsibilities, including managing, maintaining, controlling, renting and leasing the properties in Metro’s portfolio of single family rental homes with existing tenants, in compliance with Oregon Landlord Tenant Law (ORS 90), any other federal, state and/or local jurisdiction laws or regulations, and Metro Code.
