Description
The AfriCafe building at the Oregon Zoo requires two different roofing improvement projects: Turret Shingle Re-roof and Maintenance. The Turret shingle re-roof needs to be completed prior to the summer season. The maintenance can be completed prior to the summer or be coordinated during or after the busiest portions of the summer.

Pre-Bid Conference
A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on April 21, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. at the Oregon Zoo, Main Gate, 4001 SW Canyon Road, Portland, OR 97221. Per Metro’s Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference.
