Description
The spires and crescent areas of the Oregon Convention Center have many points of water intrusion due to failed sealants. Per the solicitation documents, the selected contractor will provide all equipment, labor and materials necessary to repair these areas to prevent future water intrusion.
Hard copies of bids are due to Metro at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland OR 97232 no later than the bid due date and time indicated in the solicitation documents.
