Description

Metro is inviting bids for site preparation and structure installation at Metro South Transfer Station.

The project consists of removing and disposing the existing truck wash structure and capping, removing, and installing utilities and other site preparation; securing modular structure; and installing modular structure.

The Site Walk is MANDATORY.  Hard copies of bids are due to 600 NE Grand Avenue, 97232.

Pre-Bid Conference

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference and walkthrough is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors at Metro South Transfer Station located at 2001 Washington Street, Oregon City, Oregon 97045 on March 20, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. Interested bidders and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the ITB requirements. Please park in the gravel parking lot south of the station and bring PPE. Metro will not accept bids from vendors who do not attend the Pre-Bid Conference.
