Description
Metro is requesting competitive price quotes for Hood Cleaning Services for the Oregon Convention Center and Portland Expo Center.
Examine all hoods, clean hoods and ducts, and polish stainless steel hoods and splash walls, grease removal devices, fans, ducts
and other accessories will be cleaned to bare metal on both an on-call and regularly scheduled basis.
Solicitation document is formatted as a fillable PDF form. Contractors responding to this solicitation are expected to use the document provided.
Addendum 1 - Replaces the entire RFQ document. Corrects inconsistent naming of facility spaces and adds missing line to bid pricing table. Bidders shall use Addendum 1. Responses on original RFQ document will be deemed non-responsive. Email bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov with any questions.
Special Instructions
Cancelling the pre-bid site walk at Portland Expo Center. No RSVPs. No additional bidders attended the site-walk at the Convention Center, which which is the building with certain complexity.
