Description
Metro is requesting proposals for Metro Central Station (MCS) SW Treatment System Replacement Design for the Metro Central Transfer Station. Proposals will be due as indicated on the RFP cover page.
Special Instructions
Pre-Proposal Conference
A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at 6161 NW 61st Ave, Portland, OR 97210 on October 7, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFP requirements.
Proposal Writing Coaching
For this RFP, Metro offers free coaching for interested COBID firms. The coaching will be done by a contractor of Metro’s choice. The coaching will be a 30 – 60 minute session about writing a proposal in general. Any interested firms must communicate that interest by 2:00 pm on October 7, 2025 to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov. Metro staff will be in touch to connect you with the contractor for scheduling.
