Description
Metro, acting by and through the appointed Metropolitan Exposition Recreation Commission (MERC), is requesting proposals for Wi-Fi Management and Support Services for the Oregon Convention Center (OCC) and Portland Expo Center (Expo). OCC and Expo are seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide managed Wi-Fi services for event attendees. The solution must include a secure, user-friendly captive portal/splash page for individual account access, payment processing, and service authentication. Vendors should propose a pricing model based on either per-transaction fees or a monthly service fee for handling customer service and payment processing.
