Description
The scope of work is as described in these Solicitation Documents. It includes, but is not limited to, installing new potable water distribution system, mechanical and electrical upgrades to the existing water treatment system, and architectural upgrades to the existing wellhouse, including installing a new roof. Existing service lines will be disconnected and capped. Contractor will test and disinfect the new infrastructure in accordance with Oregon Health Authority Standards.
Special Instructions
A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on March 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Oxbow Regional Park’s Welcome Center (3010 SE Oxbow Pkwy, Gresham, OR 97080). Per Metro’s Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference.
