Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (Solicitation) is to obtain competitive Proposals from qualified Contractors (Proposers) for the purpose of establishing a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) contract between the selected Proposer (Contractor) and Portland Community College (College) for the provision of replacement of the existing Community Center (CC) Building Roof (130,000 SF) and the removal/replacement of any existing deficient roof systems.
