Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (Solicitation) is to obtain competitive Proposals from qualified Contractors (Proposers) for the purpose of establishing a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) contract between the selected Proposer (Contractor) and Portland Community College (College) for the provision of three (3) distinct projects across the campus districts:
I. Cascade Campus – includes the Public Safety Building Office Renovation, a Swing space office renovation, and an existing campus space renovation for the new Dispatch Office
II. Sylvania Campus – includes the Public Safety Office and Dispatch Office renovations
III. Southeast Campus – includes the Public Safety Office Renovation
This Solicitation will result in one public works contract subject to 279C.800 to 279C.870

Pre-Proposal Conference
A mandatory Pre-proposal Conference will be held on April 21st, 2022 at 10 am Pacific Time at the Sylvania Campus Technology Classsroom Building (TCB). A map will be posted via addendum.
