SUMMARY

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (Solicitation) is to obtain competitive Proposals from qualified Proposers interested in the provision of Sprinkler Systems Repair, Maintenance, Inspection & Installation for Portland Community College.

This is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875.  The applicable Prevailing Wage Rates are the Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon effective January 1, 2022 and the Prevailing Wage Rate Amendments effective April 1, 2022.  The work will take place in Multnomah, Washington, Yamhill, Clackamas, and Columbia County, Oregon.

No Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for this Solicitation.

LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Timely submitted Proposals will be opened and recorded.  The number of Proposals received, the identity of Proposers, or the contents of any proposal will not be disclosed to the public until all proposals have been evaluated, negotiations completed if required, and a recommendation for Award has been published.

Proposers are solely responsible for ensuring that Portland Community College receives its Proposal.
