A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Friday, March 24, 2023 at 10:00 AM at PCC’s Cascade Campus Terrell Hall, Room 201, located at 705 N. Killingsworth, Portland, OR 97217. Proposals received from proposers who do not attend this pre-bid conference will not be considered.
