Description

Provide inspection, water testing, chemical treatment, and repair services (both inspection and emergency repairs) for the water associated with certain mechanical systems, i.e., hot-water boilers, chillers, condensers, and cooling towers as designated by the PCC Facilities Management Services Staff. Refill cooling loops that have been drained and provide an estimation for how much glycol to put into the system(s) on as needed basis.

Perform inspection, testing, treatment, and maintenance of the mechanical systems against corrosion, scale, fouling, freezing, and microbiological contamination.
