Description
The College is seeking to repaint the exterior metal façade at Sylvania Campus Library and Performing Arts Center. To include prep, prime, and repaint of exterior metal façade at Library and Performing Arts Center.

Pre-Bid Conference
A MANDATORY pre-Bid Conference will be held on June 20, 2024 commencing at 12:30 PM (Pacific Time). The pre-Bid Conference will be held at Sylvania Campus, Building, CSB, room 316.
Parking. Parking Permits are required on College campuses. Permit pay stations are located near the campus entrance.
Sign-In Sheet. Bidders must be on record of having attended the Pre-Bid Conference for their Bid to be considered. A sign-in sheet for prospective Bidders to sign, recording their attendance, will be available at the pre-Bid Conference. Bids received from Bidders not on the sign-in sheet will not be considered.
