Description

The City of Philadelphia Law Department is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to obtain proposals from qualified law firms ("firms") to work with the Law Department to provide counselling and represent the interests of the City in claims, at pre-trial, trial and appellate levels arising out of occupational disease(s) related to environmental exposure, primarily asbestos.
