Description

The Philadelphia Water Department is seeking proposals for the inspection of constructed stormwater management practices associated with land development projects. These inspections will include the assessment and documentation of the as-built condition of each stormwater management practice and the verification of proper construction and/or operation. Inspections will include the ability to use various technologies, equipment, and certifications necessary for conducting non-destructive site inspection of stormwater management and conveyance systems. Applicants will need to document the results of inspections in formal inspection reports with photographs and as-built plan sheets. Tasks will also include on-call specialized inspection services as well as full-time on-site inspection and administrative support.
